Is one of your New Year’s resolutions to lose some weight? Have you read lots of diets in the past? Tried lots too? We’ve done the same.  We’ve tried the Low G.I. Diet and liked it.  We love the simplicity of the Gazpacho Diet and its emphasis on vegetables and fruit.
